Returns and Refunds Policy
Given that WhatsParty provides non-tangible and irrevocable goods, we do not entertain refund requests once an order is completed and the product is delivered. It is your responsibility, as a customer, to acknowledge and comprehend this when making a purchase on our website. Please note that our free designs are offered as a courtesy and are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.
However, we acknowledge that exceptional circumstances may arise in relation to the nature of the products we supply.
Therefore, we do honor refund requests for the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the Product: If you do not receive a delivery email due to mailing issues with your email provider or your mail server, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted via the Contact Us form within 7 days from the order placement date, or the product will be considered received and downloaded.
- Download and Unzipping Issues: Problems with downloading or unzipping the product should be reported to our Technical Support department. Failure to seek assistance within 3 days may result in a refund decline, and silence may be construed as a successful download with no further right of redress.
- Major Defects: In the case of unexpected errors, submit the issue to our Technical Support Team for approval. We reserve the right to rectify the error within 72 hours. If not corrected within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
- Product Not as Described: Issues must be reported within 7 days from the purchase date, providing clear evidence that the product does not match the description on the website. Complaints based on customer expectations or misconceptions will not be honored.
Please note that we do not accept refund requests based on the incompatibility of our products with third-party software unless explicitly specified as compatible in the product description on the preview page.
