How to access my editable design?

You will receive a txt file containing an access link to edit your digital design in Canva. Please copy and paste the canva template link directly into your browser.

IMPORTANT: You must be logged in to your Canva account before using the template to ensure the template link works properly.

Why my Canva template link is not working?

1. Compatibility issues:

Sometimes, links may not work due to compatibility issues between devices like computers and phones. If you are opening the link in your phone please double check if it work on your computer.

2. Simple Steps to Fix the Issue:

Step 1: Check Different Devices: Try opening the link on another device to see if it works there.

Step 2: Clear Browser Data: If the link still doesn’t work, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Here’s how:
For Chrome: Click the three dots in the top right corner, then select “More Tools,” and finally “Clear browsing data.”
For Firefox: Click the three lines in the top right corner, select “Options,” then “Privacy & Security,” and finally “Clear Data.”
For Safari: Click “Safari” in the top left corner, select “Preferences,” then “Privacy,” and finally “Manage Website Data.”

Step 3: Try Again: After clearing your browser data, try opening the link again to see if it works.

3. Contact Customer Support:

If the link is still not working after trying the above steps, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance at whatspartystore@gmail.com. Our customer support team will generate a new Canva template link for you.
